Is it Free Delivery?
We offer Free Uk Delivery on all orders over £50.
Orders below £30 there is a £5 shipping charge
How long will it take to get my orders?
UK Customer - If the items are in stock at our UK Warehouse you can expect to receive your order in 2-3 working days.
If the items are not in stock in our UK Warehouse, the products are then expedited from our production site overseas and then sent to you via next day delivery when it arrives in UK. We aim to deliver your order 3-7 working days. You will have no VAT/Duty Tax to pay! We cover that cost ;)
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. You are unable to buy Hair products alone to send overseas. Only Hair System orders can be shipped.
What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
RETURN POLICY
Hairsystems Direct never stops providing the best products and services for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, including the order arriving damaged, you ordered the wrong size, or the product simply doesn’t meet your expectations, etc. you can ask for a return or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date.
**You cannot return a product or hair system if it has been used, washed or cut**
Our Return/Exchange Procedure
Step 1: Request a return/exchange via Email and provide us with your order number, detailed reason for the return, and images of the damage if there is any.
Step 2: Our customer service or sales representatives will authorise your request and send you the address to ship your item(s) back.
Step 3: All returned items will be inspected when we receive them to check if they qualify for a return.
Step 4: Once your return is accepted, we will process a refund to your original payment account or ship the item(s) you requested to you within 3-7 business days.

Items that will not be approved for a return: stock orders that have been altered, worn, washed, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.
**If you select "CUT TO BASE" option the product can no longer be returned for ANY reason.
